I like the smaller size.

I like that it is hand held, pretty much with one hand. Light weight. Fun for small projects, say head bands, small coin purses, can sit in bed comfortably with it. Could do strips with it for a larger blanket. Would work very well to visually teach another person how to do some techniques on a larger machine - like casting on, change of yarn colors etc.

Make little thing

Small knitting machine. 24 needle. Has the option for tubular or panel. Smooth when cranking the machine. The handle feels like it is sturdy enough to hold for fast knitting. Makes tubes about wrist or arm size. The instructions explain how to use the machine but not how to set it up. There are 3 pieces to fit together and it took me a bit to figure out how to attach the handle piece. The machine works fine when cranking slow and watching for dropped stitches. Love it for an adult crafter. Tons of ideas exist out there in videos.

Ok for a beginner like myself

It’sok for a beginner like myself. The only thing you can really make is baby beanies. You have to be very gentle with the machine and take your time, as the handle gets stuck often while turning. But it’s decent and I enjoyed it. The picture is of my first attempt, I’ve never knitted before this.

Great starter kit for kids to create

I already own a 48 needle loom machine and love to make scarves, blanket sections, and other creations with it when I need to knock out a huge amount in a short period of time. I mainly wanted to see what I could do with a 24 needle loom, and I found it perfect for younger kids to use.The yarn that comes with it is mostly used as practice runs at learning the machine before you use your more expensive yarn. Be patient with the machine! It is not meant to work at a really fast pace. I recommend watching some online tutorials on how to properly cast off since the written directions can be a little hard to understand exactly what to do.

Since I was little, one of my dreams have been to make products like these but the materials with which both the machine and the items that come with it are made are quite resistant and I love the color combination that the company is using and it is definitely a machine that I would like my daughter of only 5 years old to learn to use and in this way she will have the ability to create wonderful projects and perhaps in the future this can make a nice source of work for her.
