Shipping Policy

With the ever changing regulations on shipments due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there might be a delay on the shipping of items. Items you have ordered may arrive later than expected. To reciprocate the support we have been receiving from you for the past years, we will try to expedite the delivery of the products you have ordered. Should there be a delay on your orders, feel free to contact us. Our customer representatives are ready to assist you along the way. 

To cope up with the changes and delays, we have established a system that will help us deliver items on time. 

Please Note: Handling and Production Time are not included in the estimated shipping time. Delivery time is comprised of both handling and transit. 

Order cutoff time: 11:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)

All items are shipped out around 1-3 Business days (Monday to Friday). This is done after we have received the full payment.

*On average, it would take around 1-3 business days to produce and ship out orders from our facility.

Shipping Cost: Free

Order handling time: 1-3 business days. 

Transit time:

7 – 10 business days in the United States and Canada
5 – 7 business days in United Kingdom

Business Days: these are days comprised by Mondays through Fridays. Holidays are excluded from this group. Please check on your local and regional news for holidays that might delay shipping time. 

Your order may arrive in multiple packages and shipments. In the case of bulkier, and high volume products, they might be packed in various packages. Note: There will be no extra charge for multiple packages and shipments other than the final amount that appears at checkout.

Import Tariffs

United States, Canada and United Kingdom: In the case of tariff charges imposed by your country’s customs authority on particular goods, the customer is responsible for any additional charges applied.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ON SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped? 

After you check out, your information will be going through a verification process. Note that unless we have verified the details you sent, your order can get cancelled. This verification process makes sure we have all the information we need from you. If anything of concern pops up, we will send you an email. Please be kind enough to respond. There might be delays to your shipment when incomplete details were provided. The verification process takes 3-5 days and after that, we will be sending an email notice with your tracking number on it.

Can I have a tracking number? 

We send tracking numbers via email. Sometimes, it could take up to 3 days (depending on verification timeline). 

If you don’t hear from us, please send us an email at support@vystahome.com so we can send the needed details to you. 

Some of my orders are missing. What should I do next? 

Due to the volume of items shipped, your packages may be sent in different batches. Don’t worry – they will all arrive to you. Should there be issues, send us a message. 

I am not getting an email update. What’s wrong? 

Most of the time, this problem is due to customers providing wrong email addresses. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please send us a message so we can revise the error.

How about the verification? 

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. Remember that order is immediately processed after verification. Make sure to make changes or request updates before verification is complete.
